Job Description:

Job Purpose:- • The Automation Developer will take complete ownership of automated processes assigned by implementing changes, enhancements as per business requirement in time and as per expected quality. • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with hands-on expiry in bluprism automation • The developer shall be able to identify automation opportunities and implementation solution to make BOT effective and efficient Responsibilities • Analyzes business problems, develops technology solutions to those problems and manages the changes through its lifecycle • Provides primary support for assigned processes; provides backup support for other processes as needed • Works independently with limited support Ideal Candidate Profile • Should have Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years experience on hand-on blueprism automation • Should be able to independently troubleshoot and identify issue and implement solutions • Should be Blueprism Developer certified • Basics of any programming language like .Net, python, etc. • Basics of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript) • Ability to analyze, understand business problems and implement blueprism solution independently • Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel) • Quick learner, looking for new challenges • Fluency in English • Strong communication skills • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills • Travel availability Added Advantages to the Profiles • Knowledge and work experience on one or more of the RPA Tools (Automation Anywhere, UI path, Work Fusion)
