RPA Automation Developer

Responsibilities:
Collaborate in team ceremonies with engineering team daily
Work with engineering lead and technical lead on a team to design, develop and test applications and their enhancements.
Engage with integration partners and stakeholder teams to gather requirements and share progress
Support and maintain existing applications to run the business and stay compliant

Qualifications:
Min 2 yrs experience on the RPA automation tools.
Preferred Automation Anywhere tool ( Blue prism or UI path also works)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions.
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards in automation development.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Automation Anywhere (A2019 or later).
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with process analysis and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation Anywhere certification (e.g., Advanced RPA Professional).
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and web services integration
