RPA Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Partner with business units to assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and gather detailed requirements.
• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, defining bot workflows, system integrations, and exception handling using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Scalability & Governance: Develop scalable automation frameworks, establish governance models (e.g., RPA Center of Excellence), and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Testing & Deployment: Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and manage bot deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align automation initiatives with strategic goals.
• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in RPA, AI, and intelligent automation to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in automation, with at least 2–3 years in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
• Proficiency in RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for intelligent automation is a plus.

Process Knowledge:

• Expertise in process mapping and optimization methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and design efficient automation solutions
