ROR Developer

Skills (Must have):

• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails (ROR)
• Excellent communication skills. Strong in Logic development & problem-solving skills.
• Worked on RESTful APIs
• Good Knowledge of MVC architecture and implementation in the project.
• Worked on Haml & ERB view files.
• Hands on knowledge of repository like Github, Gitlab., etc, 
• Knowledge Unit testing concept and should have worked on Rspec
• Worked on 3rd party integrations like SMS / Email gateways, Payment gateways, etc
• Should have worked on RDBMS like MySql, Postgres, etc (knowledge of noSQL DB like mongo / time-series Db will be added advantage)

Skills (Good to have):

• Familiarity with working in a Scrum Agile delivery environment
• Familiarity with any project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc)
• Familiarity with Microservices
• Working experience of any Javascript framework like ReactJs / Angular / etc
• Experience in database design (for experience of 4+ yrs)
• Exp in handling a small team of 2 / 3 developers. (for experience of 4+ yrs)
• Experience in heading the project from inception to delivery (for experience of 6+ yrs)
• Open source contribution (own Gem, contributor to Gem)

Qualification:  

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
