ROR Architect with React Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills Required:

Strong architectural experience with Ruby on Rails

Deep understanding of OOP, MVC frameworks, and API design patterns

Proficiency with React.JS

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, or similar technologies

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Strong grasp of performance optimization, security standards, and automated testing

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Role & Responsibilities:

Design and define technical architecture for scalable RoR-based platforms

Provide architectural leadership across web and mobile initiatives, ensuring consistency in design and implementation

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to align technical decisions with business objectives

Lead the development and optimization of RESTful APIs and microservices

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineering teams

Ensure application security, performance tuning, and DevOps readiness

Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the technology roadmap
