ROM Vendor Management
Demand and Pipeline Management:
Coordinate with the internal resource team to identify customer demand and create projections.
Vendor Collaboration:
Collaborate with empaneled vendors based on demand.
Source suitable candidates, create profiles, schedule interviews, and work with vendors through the selection, background verification, and onboarding processes.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and rates with vendors.
Procurement Operations:
Work with vendors on purchase orders (PO), invoicing, and payments.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, partners, and freelancers in the BI, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML domains.
Vendor Empanelment:
Identify potential vendors for empanelment by understanding their capabilities, roadmaps, and future offerings.
Lead the vendor onboarding process, ensuring compliance with NICE standard terms, MSA, NDA, and other contractual agreements.
Performance Review:
Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors.
Produce reports to track and communicate vendor performance to relevant stakeholders.
Cost Optimization:
Work closely to optimize costs associated with vendor relationships.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Skills:
Proven experience of 10+ years in vendor management and procurement operations within the IT services industry.
Good Understanding of India IT Services Market
Strong Relationship Building Skills
Storing contract management, Rate negotiation Skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solution oriented mindset.
Familiarity with BI, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML domains
Readiness to travel as needed.
