Job Description:
The RPA analyst will be a member of the R&D Digitization & Automation team, responsible for providing development services to R&D processes. This individual will be analyzing and documenting processes, redesigning processes if needed, developing RPA solutions and maintaining those solutions once in production. This analyst will be working with different applications, such as Optiva, SAP, Excel, and SharePoint and will be building the RPA solutions in the Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with R&D customers to collect requirements and redesign processes if needed
- Document requirements, RPA solutions, test scripts and test results
- Develop reliable RPA solutions based on business customer's requirements, while adhering to the RPA COE's design best practices
- Maintain / support existing RPA solutions in production and implement all necessary changes in a controlled manner
- Communicate RPA development updates to RPA COE and the customer on a regular basis - Work with the customer to properly test and document test results
- Help unit test other developer's RPA solutions
- Communicate with AAE regarding platform / technical issues and help resolve those issues
- Performs other assigned tasks
Required Skills:
- A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience of 1-3 years in RPA technology, specifically Automation Anywhere Enterprise, Pega or Blue Prism
- Experience in business analysis, business process re-engineering, and process diagramming and documentation
- Expertise in workflow-based logic and the ability to understand and document a business process, and conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Time management and risk/issue management
- Developed creativity, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, as well as oral and written communication skills are required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both oral and written form
