Experience: 7-10 Years

Qualification: BE / B. Tech / MCA / M. Sc (CS)

Requirements:  

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with at least 6 years of expertise in CPQ  
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform development, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). 
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and Platform tools. 
  • Strong understanding of Product Management, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Billing and Invoicing, Quote and Order Management. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices 
  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture 
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) 
  • Expertise in Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.  
  • Good knowledge on complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD processes for continuous integration and deployment.

Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and manage custom Salesforce RLM applications. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect, document, and analyse business requirements for Salesforce RLM solutions. 
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions are implemented following best practices. 
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending enhancements to improve existing Salesforce RLM implementations 

Certifications: 

  • PD1 certification is a must. 
  • PD2 is preferred.
