As a Risk Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our ecommerce platform from fraudulent activities. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Analysis: Understand complex risk workflows to identify and assess potential threats to our ecommerce transactions.
• Data Security: Handle sensitive customer data with the utmost care, adhering to strict security and privacy regulations.
• Fraud Detection: Employ advanced statistical methods and fraud detection techniques to uncover fraudulent patterns and prevent losses. 
• Investigation: Conduct in-depth investigations using platform tools and open-source resources to identify suspicious activities and implement preventive measures.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team discussions, share knowledge, and provide guidance to peers as needed.
• KPI Tracking: Monitor and maintain platform KPIs related to accuracy, decision time, and productivity.
• Process Improvement: Propose and implement process enhancements, tool improvements, and documentation to optimize our risk management operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistical methods, and fraud detection techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey clear and concise messages to various audiences. English and other language major welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of basic Excel formulas and keyboard shortcuts for efficient data processing. Knowledge of VLOOKUP would be value add. 
• Experience or internship in fraud analysis, risk management, or a similar role. Experience with online piracy, fraud, and abuse detection is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Rotational Shift: Must be willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts. Night shifts may be worked remotely.
