Work with the informatics team members to provide interface support for new and existing electronic laboratory report (ELR), syndromic surveillance message (SyS), and electronic case report (eCR) data feeds
Conduct quality assurance and validation of incoming messages (ELR, SyS, eCR)
Maintain and support development in Azure Cloud
Lead identification of solutions for information access
Assist ESIC, BIT, and vendors to implement any new system or system change
Create documentation, system d diagrams, and guidelines to communicate design decisions and best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field or Master’s degree in Public Health
Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages
Knowledge of coding standards, such as HL7, LOINC, SNOMED, ICD-10, CPT, and other clinical or message coding
