Responsibilities

  • Conduct an analysis of reliability problems and investigate to determine the required reliability approach for the particular situation, with consideration given to the cost limitations/ advantages of alternatives and develop action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands for reliability processes/equipment to avoid failures.
  • Work with product roll outs and deployment in Production environment.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the site predictive/ preventative engineering policies.
  • Develop and implement the site reliability policies for all equipment and systems, ensuring all planned routines are correctly specified and critical spares are available to allow the maintenance team to effectively complete tasks.
  • Originate and develop analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment and processes. Acquire and analyze data.
  • Prepare diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Supply reliability status monthly reporting figures, analyze trends and develop improvement projects.

Required Skills

  • Must have background in developing root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment or systems/ procedural failures.
  • Ability to gather data and analyze reliability trends to develop effective improvement projects.
  • Technical knowledge of operation of assembly line mechanical components (bearings, ball-screws, covers, belts, conveyors, chains, sprockets, air cylinders, pumps, gear boxes, hydraulics, presses, valves, robots, fixtures and tooling. Interpret mechanical and hydraulic systems and drawings).

Required Experience

  • 6+ Years of exp. in Build and Release Management & Engineering.
  • Has strong experience with building and managing Jenkins, GIT.
  • Experience in Banking Domain (Cards) is good to have.
  • Experience of implementing predictive maintenance policies and increasing asset availability.
  • Experience with Deployment systems pertaining to Operations & Infrastructure is good to have.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
