Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for the team including daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and ability to lead/support Quarterly Planning.
  • Identify and collaborate on the resolution of impediments for the team.
  • Enable continuous improvement by following up on feedback from Retrospectives.
  • Provide status updates including risks, actions, issues and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence of the backlog to the platform vision, mission, OKRs and product roadmaps. 
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and best practices.
