Description

Mandatory Skill-Set - SAFe RTE certified, ART (Agile Release train), PI Planning, Risk Mitigation, AWS Services and Cloud migration Jira, Rally.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an RTE or in a similar role within an IT environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Certifications: SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile certifications.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent.
    • Expertise in AWS and Guidewire migration projects.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate ART Events: Plan and facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and other key events.
  • Manage Risks and Dependencies: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • AWS and Guidewire Migration: Lead and coordinate efforts related to AWS and Guidewire migrations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key metrics to ensure ART performance and health.
  • Coaching: Mentor and coach teams on Agile practices and principles to enhance their performance and delivery.
