About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Domestic Tech Recruiters with a strong background in MSP/VMS hiring in India. This role is ideal for recruiters who excel in sourcing top talent across IT & Non-IT domains while working with MSP/VMS programs.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT & Non-IT roles under the MSP/VMS model.
Sourcing & Screening: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Client & Vendor Interaction: Work closely with MSP partners, hiring managers, and VMS platforms to fulfill staffing needs.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring meets MSP/VMS guidelines, SLAs, and compliance standards.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong database of qualified professionals to meet future hiring demands.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, market rates, and competitor hiring strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Mandatory: 4-7 years of India MSP/VMS recruiting experience (both IT & Non-IT)
Strong understanding of VMS platforms, compliance, and SLA-driven hiring
Expertise in bulk hiring, contingent workforce, and contractual staffing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and recruitment databases
Any Graduate
