Recruiter (Design & UX)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter (Design & UX). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent in the fields of Design and User Experience. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

4-5 years of Recruitment experience specifically in Design and User Experience roles
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies
Experience with sourcing tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Design, Communications, or related field
UX Designer background preferred.
