Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media, and other platforms.
Outreach and Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates, introduce them to job opportunities, and create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand job requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to tailor sourcing strategies.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and present top-tier candidates to the recruitment team for further evaluation.
Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future job openings.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in sourcing, and competitive recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Track and report on sourcing metrics, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals and timelines.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using sourcing tools and job boards to identify and attract talent.
Interpersonal Skills: Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
