Mentor & Motivate other software engineers

Write clean, well-formed, testable, and maintainable software following the accepted coding standards and using best software development practices.

Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in software and related systems on an 
advanced level.

Contribute to the project discovery processing a meaningful way.

Identify ways to optimize our software products to provide for the needs of our enterprise 
scale business.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Strong understanding with 5+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS, React, React Hooks, Redux, Webpack, SSR, JavaScript (ES6 and beyond), TypeScript.

Experience leading teams (Hands-on development)

Experience with PHP Template engines, ie: twig, is a plus

Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation.

Excellent English skills.

Excellent conceptual, and critical thinking capabilities

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Unit Testing, Git, CI/CD using Jenkins.

Exposure to technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, API Gateways, Service Workers, CDN, etc. is a plus.

Openness to change and eagerness to work with tools and technologies that may be outside your comfort zone

Experience with PWA and SPAs is a plus

Knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Figma/Sketch etc. is a plus
