React Native Architect

About the job

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design end-to-end systems architecture that incorporates React Native for mobile development and Java with Spring Boot for backend services.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to meet project requirements.
Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire solution.
Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with established coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to address technical concerns, provide insights, and present technical solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements:

Overall 10+ years of experience 
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on React Native, Java, and Spring Boot.
In-depth knowledge of mobile application development using React Native, including experience with state management, navigation, and performance optimization.
Strong proficiency in Java development and hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building scalable and resilient backend services.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
