React Lead + .NET Core Developer

We are seeking a hands-on React Lead with strong expertise in front-end development and working experience with .NET Core on the backend. The candidate will lead front-end initiatives, design scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the development of React-based front-end applications with best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability.
•    Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and services built with .NET Core.
•    Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
•    Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
•    Stay updated with modern JavaScript, React ecosystem, and .NET Core advancements.

Required Skills
•    Primary Expertise: React.js, Redux/Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
•    Backend Knowledge: Working experience with .NET Core (C#).
•    Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integration patterns.
•    Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
•    Good problem-solving skills and ability to lead front-end design decisions.

Preferred Skills
•    Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
•    Unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, xUnit/NUnit).
•    Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
