React Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled React Developer with 5–6 years of experience in building modern, scalable, and performant web applications. You will play a key role in designing and implementing user-facing features, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop responsive web applications using React.js and associated libraries (Redux, React Router, etc.)
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to integrate APIs and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Work in an Agile environment with continuous integration and delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Required Skills:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and React Hooks.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Knowledge of unit testing using frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a bonus.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
