React Developer

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following ‘clean code’ practices, and write automation tests.

Work with technical leads on low level design and develop code as per design specification, communicate status and issues to teammates and leadership.

Stay on the leading edge of software development tools and best practices, and be self-directed with a start-up mindset.

“Must Have” Specific Knowledge and Skills

Expertise & Experience in React 16.8.0+ (React Hooks), Hooks API, JavaScript, ES6+ features, Performance profiling, Typescript, Type in implementation, State management solutions like Redux or Flux, State design of the application & components, Integrating REST & SOAP APIs, Application performance profiling.

Hands-On exposure with multiple styling solutions, CSS-in-Js, Sass or Less, writing unit & integration tests, using CICD pipelines and Kubernetes Deployment.

Clear understanding of modern front-end engineering with Node.js background, solid understanding of React frameworks with the ability to design modularized components, and exposure to Micro frontend architecture.

Independent Contributor with the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in information technology discipline is required with 3 to 5 years of total industry experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in building web applications with JavaScript frameworks and preferably 2+ years of experience using React.
