Required Skills:

1. Strong experience in C/C++

2. Experience in 4G/5G RAN development

3. Knowledge/experience in L1/L2 protocols

4. Familiarity with Git, Gerrit, and Jira

5. Understanding of agile and lean ways of working

6. Good Linux experience

7. Excellent communication skills

Good to Have:

1. Knowledge of Cloud-Native Development and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Spinnaker, etc.

2. Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes deployment, and Helm charts

3. Programming knowledge in Java, Perl, XML, Python for simulator implementation

4. Strong understanding of test methodologies, test tools, and simulators
