JOB DESCRIPTION:
The scope of project work is to implement Message Queuing for improving performance and scalability.

Two new tools have been identified – RabbitMQ and Queue-it to implement the solution.

The high-level requirements are:
1. Install and Configure RabbitMQ clusters in nbcu env.
2. Following best practices – install Queues, and configure them
3. Define message models
4. Following best practices – create producers
5. Following best practices – create consumers – take care of things such as retry strategy/ backpffs/ counts etc and make then configurable
6. Logging , monioting dashboards, alerting, setting up admin UIs etc

Since there are multiple options – to setup these ONPrem and cloud, so someone with RabbitMQ cluster k8 operator knowledge will work
