Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Quickbase applications based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define workflows, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and user interfaces to support data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Integrate Quickbase with third-party tools using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier).
  • Implement automation and process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within all applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform application testing, and deploy updates as needed.
  • Document application designs, workflows, and procedures for end-users and support teams.
  • Provide user training and support for Quickbase applications.
  • Proficient in building forms, reports, pipelines, relationships, and formula fields.
  • Experience with Quickbase APIs, JavaScript, RESTful services, and integration tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
