Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Success by converting users in a client organization into Qualtrics champions.
  • Manage a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts.
  • Establish success plans that clarify customer goals, consult with them on how to execute, and enable them to measure their progress.
  • Understand customers’ business challenges and industry trends and prepare content that consults users on how to fully utilize the Insight Platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall customer experience leading to greater satisfaction and loyalty among our clients.

Required Skills

  • Proficient with HTML/CSS and Javascript.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to plan project tasks/events and execute on these on time and on budget with quality.
  • A superb communicator and problem-solver.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years experience designing and delivering on best practice software implementations in complex environments.
  • 1-4 years of experience at a SaaS company.
  • A blend of consulting experience, as well as internal-customer experience, is ideal, although candidates from either side will be considered.
  • Experience working with large and complex organizations with a proven track record for delivering projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strong experience running delivery workshops with customers to help them make key project decisions.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
