Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage internal audits across all departments to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain factory readiness for customer audits, third-party audits (IATF, ISO), and VDA 6.3 assessments.
  • Act as the primary interface for customer audits and external auditors, ensuring professional and transparent communication.
  • Lead the digitization of quality systems by transforming manual processes into automated, traceable workflows.
  • Manage QMS documentation and records control, ensuring accuracy, global alignment, and audit-readiness.
  • Lead or support root cause investigations and ensure timely and effective closure of CAPAs for quality system deficiencies or audit findings.
  • Coordinate Management Review Meetings and report on QMS performance using defined KPIs and risk-based metrics.
  • Support supplier quality assurance processes including audits and compliance reviews when applicable.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams on auditing, compliance, and quality culture development.
  • Stay updated with evolving automotive quality standards and proactively adapt the QMS to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve plant-level quality objectives and strategic improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Certified IATF 16949 Internal Auditor
  • Strong knowledge of VDA 6.3 process audit methodology
  • Expertise in QMS implementation and maintenance
  • Experience with Customer Audits, Internal Audits, and Documentation Control
  • Ability to conduct quality training for cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with automotive quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
  • Deep understanding of quality standards in automotive interior components
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Prior experience in automotive interior components (highly preferred)

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
