Quality Engineering Lead

Responsibilities: As a Quality Engineering Lead (UKG Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in UKG functional experience in products/modules - Scheduling is required. Advanced level of proficiency with hands on experience in Scheduling is recommended. Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor, Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Oracle HCM Staffing , EZCall, and Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations with Advanced proficiency are suggested. Experience with Test Assure and/or any automation tool Develop and implement innovative testing strategies to enhance quality processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies Lead and mentor quality engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables Analyze and optimize testing metrics to improve overall testing efficiency
