Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct audits, identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Develop quality metrics and present quality performance to management.
  • Participate in the design and development of products to ensure quality considerations are addressed.
  • Train team members on quality assurance concepts and tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
  • Review suppliers’ quality systems and develop supplier quality management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) or Quality Auditor (CQA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
