Quality Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations and production teams to interpret product/process requirements and create work instructions for welding and assembly processes. Experience with CAD tools, jigs, fixtures, and material handling is required.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes
Create self-inspection check sheets for product dimensional and visual requirements
Identify and document quality issues and defects
Analyze test results and recommend improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and specifications
Track performance through quality metrics and reporting

Mandatory Skills:
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies
Ability to analyze data and identify root causes of defects
Experience with CAD tools, manufacturing drawings, and process documentation
Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and material handling in a production environment
