Quality Assurance Specialist

This position will function as a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with responsibilities that include: 
· Lead and participate in establishing automated testing solutions · Design, execute and maintain automated test scripts 
· Develop and maintain: requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios, regression test plans and test scripts (both manual and automated) based on software requirements and technical specifications · Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write and refine regression test plans 
· Document and report test results · Assist with the analysis of the results of automated test scripts 
· Assist with the analysis of bug fixes/issues, with ability to lead small groups of IT and business staff for troubleshooting, problem resolution and brainstorming for available solutions · Lead and participate in system testing and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements prior to user acceptance testing 
· Participate in defining system implementation and user-acceptance test plans · Work closely with QA Manager and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery

· Experience mentoring QA Analysts · Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult concepts to non-technical users 
· Demonstrated fluency in business processes

Mandatory:
Requirements/Time · 4 year college degree in computer information systems or equivalent technical study · 
6+ years of QA testing experience with industry standard quality assurance methodologies, verification and validation processes 
· 3+ years of business process analysis
· hands-on experience with test automation development in industry test automation framework (Selenium preferred)
