Description

We are hiring an experienced Sr. QA Automation Engineer (Selenium) to join top MNC on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, with the ability to work in fast-paced agile environments.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual test cases based on functional and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain Selenium-based automation test scripts to validate UI and functionality
  • Perform regression, integration, and system testing across releases
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end test coverage
  • Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for better coverage and reliability
  • Participate actively in test planning, code reviews, and status reporting


 

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in software QA with expertise in Selenium automation
  • Strong experience in manual testing
  • Good understanding of test case design, test execution, and defect tracking
  • Experience with test automation frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
