Understand application functionality, NFRs, and SLAs.
Identify test scenarios to validate key business functions.
Create and execute performance test plans, baselines, and analyses.
Analyze and report test results, and conduct review sessions with stakeholders.

6+ years in testing, workload modeling, and test planning across various platforms.
Expertise with Quick Test Professional (QTP)/Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Proficient in QA best practices, debugging, problem-solving, and test strategy development.
