Planning of quality assurance measures for automotive development projects
Implementation of quality measures (such as conducting reviews and audits) in the projects in coordination with the project management
Supporting the project teams in achieving project and process goals
Organization and coordination of measures accompanying development (e.g. risk analysis, FMEA...) in close cooperation with the Functional Safety Manager
Evidence of quality assurance is provided and maintained
Checking the implementation and effectiveness of measures accompanying development in the project (e.g. from QA Audit)
Initiation and tracking of corrective actions to achieve the quality goals
Any non-compliance with agreed quality-related requirements should be identified, recorded, communicated to relevant parties.
Qualifications:
3 - 8 years of experience in Quality Management practices supporting automotive projects as per ASPICE (SUP.1)
Mandatory Skills
Candidate should have extensive quality management knowledge and at least 3 years of applied experience in the automotive and/or aerospace industry .
Knowledge about state-of-the-art standards of software development: ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 9001, ISO/SAE 21434 (UNECE), ISO 29119 (also welcome KGAS "Konzern Grundanforderungen Software")
Understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodologies
In-depth knowledge of Quality assurance
KPIs definitions and analysis experience
Must possess the skills to work and take Q-initiatives or independently as assigned by Quality manager
Exposure in performing internal audits based on ISO standards
Experience in supplier management and stakeholder management
Analytical thinking, dedication, ability to work in a team, creativity.
High social skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team, overview in critical situations, problem-solving skills
Good to have
Good knowledge of agile scrum methodology.
Tool experience of JIRA, Confluence, Stages, Python etc
