Quality Assurance

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Lead to oversee the testing and quality assurance process of our product. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to deliver high-quality product features. They should also have a strong understanding of automation testing implementation, ensuring both ongoing and new projects meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Feature Delivery Responsibility:
2. Ensure timely and quality delivery of product features, while collaborating closely with development and product teams.
3. Team Leadership and Management:
4. Lead the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
5. Process and Workflow Management:
6. Set up and maintain QA processes for efficient project setup, sprint cycle testing, and continuous delivery pipelines.
7. Stakeholder Communication:
8. Maintain open communication with stakeholders and clients, providing timely updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
9. Automation Testing Implementation:
10. Drive the implementation of automation testing strategies in both ongoing and new projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable test frameworks.
11. Delegation and Task Management:
12. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team members are engaged, responsibilities are clear, and deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a QA lead role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint cycles.
