Quality Analyst Test Lead

• This individual will function as a test lead on large projects and programs. They will be responsible for defining and driving testing practices and standards across teams, ensure traceability of business requirements and technical specifications to test cases, and drive and build test automation, and perform manual testing within teams as assigned. Must have knowledge of Salesforce and be able to lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple teams in a fast paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Solid automation test building skills using AccelQ, Selenium, or other tools
• Manual testing skills – writing test cases and executing
• QA leadership skills – writing test plans, creating schedules, coordinating UAT
