- Selenium WebDriver for web automation.
- Appium for mobile testing (Android/iOS).
- Cypress for modern web applications.
- Cucumber / BDD frameworks.
- Strong experience in IT Service Transition and Quality Engineering practices.
- Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design.
- Frontend/UI testing with tools like Selenium, Cypress.
- Backend/API testing with tools like Postman, REST Assured.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
