QE Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the end-to-end quality engineering efforts across projects and teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define and implement test strategy, automation frameworks, and best practices across development teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to integrate QE into agile development cycles.
• Develop and track quality metrics, risk assessments, and test coverage reporting.
• Facilitate regular quality reviews and provide status updates to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide QA/QE engineers across different teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives for continuous integration, test automation, performance testing, and security testing.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement in the quality process and propose actionable solutions. "
