• At least 4 years of experience leading kiosk testing, preferably in QSR environments.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and POS applications, ideally in retail or QSR sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of test management processes, design techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with specification-based black box, structure-based white box, or experience-based testing techniques.
• Experience with UI/UX and A/B testing, including content testing, is a plus.
• Ability to report test status at both detailed and management levels
