Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Architect with extensive experience in Loyalty Programs and deep expertise in Comarch Loyalty Management Software.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans tailored to loyalty programs.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for Comarch Loyalty Management Software.
Lead QA teams by establishing best practices and mentoring team members.
Oversee end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to embed quality in the SDLC.
Manage defect tracking and resolution processes effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience: 12+ years in QA roles, including 5+ years as a QA Architect.
Domain Expertise: Experience with Loyalty Programs is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Comarch Loyalty Management Software, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, API testing, and test data management.
Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices testing.
