Design, implement, and uphold quality standards in alignment with TCOE best practices.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand functional and technical requirements.

Develop and maintain effective test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases tailored to project needs.

Execute manual and automated test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios.

Detect and report software defects, ensuring accurate logging in issue tracking tools.

Analyze test results to identify root causes of defects and communicate findings clearly to the development team.

Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve software quality.

Follow established QE methodologies, tools, and industry best practices throughout the testing process.

Continuously identify and implement improvements in test processes, tools, and automation frameworks.

Participate in quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Communicate test progress, risks, and issues effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Escalate critical issues in a timely and constructive manner.

Contribute to maintaining QE documentation, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Support the TCOE initiative by helping build a culture of quality and continuous improvement across teams
