QA - Testing Senior Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sprint testing of software products/solutions.
• Define test processes, including required activities, deliverables, and schedules.
• Understand the impact of changes on upstream and downstream processes, including various architectural modules.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore team members, including Scrum masters, developers, Product Owners, and QA teams.
• Define test data conditions and work closely with the Data team to obtain necessary data.
• Actively participate in all phases of testing, including in-sprint functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automation test plans and test cases for regression and newly integrated features.
• Conduct business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging, and tracking.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed.
• Engage in defect reporting and triaging, analyzing failure patterns to determine corrective actions.
• Adhere to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices while driving improvements in testing practices.

Experience Required:

• 4-5.5 years of experience with Selenium Web Driver and test automation frameworks in Java.
• Strong background in integration and regression testing across agile projects.
• Skilled in defect life cycle management and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to database validation using MySQL and behavior-driven development using Cucumber.

Education: Any Graduation
