Description

We are seeking a high-performing QA Testing Analyst to lead and manage quality assurance efforts across multiple projects. 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test documentation, UAT oversight, defect management, and stakeholder communication. 

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), is essential.


 

Key Responsibilities

QA Testing Documentation

  • Create and manage Test Strategy (Waterfall), Test Plans, Test Suites, Test Cases, and Test Execution in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Manage and track bugs in ADO, ensuring timely resolution and communication.


 

UAT Testing Oversight

  • Oversee UAT deliverables including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Suites, Test Cases, Test Execution, and Bug tracking in ADO.


 

Project/Initiative Reporting

  • Provide status updates and metrics for QA and UAT teams.
  • Track and report bugs, risks, blockers, and test readiness across impacted teams.
  • Identify and report issues such as poorly groomed user stories that impact test case creation.


 

Environment & Maintenance

  • Coordinate with development leads for lab/environment preparation.
  • Maintain QA and UAT environments for Dev/Int/QA phases.


 

Bug Triage

  • Assist in triaging bugs and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Assign priorities based on enterprise standards.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors and impacted teams.
  • Organize and lead bug review meetings.


 

Meeting & Testing Support

  • Participate in grooming sessions for user stories and bugs.
  • Facilitate bug review and triage sessions.
  • Act as SME in project meetings.
  • Provide testing estimations and mentor QA and UAT testers.
  • Coordinate testing with vendors and impacted teams.
  • Manage account conditioning for QA and UAT teams.


 

Azure DevOps (ADO) Management

  • Maintain team boards and project dashboards.
  • Prepare Go/No-Go documentation including:
  • Requirements/User Story Traceability
  • Bug Summary by State and Severity
  • Deferred Bugs by Severity
  • QA & UAT Test Execution Outcomes


 

Production Support

  • Support production implementation and validation when possible.


 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in QA testing leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for test and defect management.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, including executive-level reporting.
  • Experience in Point of Sale or Teller (ATM) systems is preferred
