QA Tester

Must-Have Skills:
7+ years of experience in quality assurance for complex projects
2+ years in a leadership role as a Tester
Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management
Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon)
Strong experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect tracking tools
Ability to create reports and dashboards for test metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with JavaScript or related programming languages for automation
Familiarity with performance and security testing teams
Prior experience with Fair Hearings and related systems
Experience supervising and leading QA teams

Additional Requirements:
Only local candidates (NY) with a valid Driver’s License will be considered
Prior experience working with State Government clients is required
