Roles and Responsibilities:
- 12-14 Years of experience working in a role delivery of large multifunctional projects.
- Experience working in customer environment, managing client stakeholders and their business priorities.
- Strong P&C domain experience
- Experience defining Test Strategy, Test Plans
- Manage onshore/offshore and client interaction and stakeholder communication as per the business needs. Supervise entire team and responsible for timely and quality deliveries.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
- Test Consulting and assessment in test automation / test process standardization, lead assessment exercise
- Strong understanding of SQL concepts – must have experience in Oracle, SQL Server databases
- Ensure test coverage and Requirement traceability. Review test scenarios and test cases.
- Must have work experience in various Manual testing areas – Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing and End-to-End Testing.
- Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to team.
- Should have Experience in developing and maintaining overall Test methodology and strategy, Test Estimation, creating Test plans, Test cases and executing Tests cases.
- Test Execution Reports and Test Exit Reports
- KPI and Metrics. Status and Risk Reporting
- Interact with the development/BA team to triage defects and requirement clarifications.
- Work independently and demonstrate ownership on tasks assigned.
