BACKGROUND/PROBLEM STATEMENT
Additional support is required for testing and stakeholder support during this implementation.
RESOURCES
The contractor will primarily be home-headquartered and is responsible for his/her own network connectivity and home office space. The PADOH will supply a laptop, and software, including a Microsoft Team license for phone use. This contractor may be required to report to BHSR headquarters on a periodic basis for training.
Generally, the contractor will perform the following tasks:
Engages with program SMEs and stakeholders to verify that PAVRMS application functionality aligns with business needs and functional design
Develops and performs functional testing and end-to-end workflow testing of the PAVRMS application in the UAT/Staging environment
Tests troubleshoots and resolves issues reported by the program
Identifies, documents, and reports defects in the application
Monitors defect fixes, conducts retesting in UAT and supports verification testing in Production
Escalates potential deficiencies in Business Workflow management
Provides end-user support
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
As appropriate for a business analyst and to meet the general objectives shown above. Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills (including knowledge of pivot tables) and strong verbal and written communication skills.
