Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Certification by the American Society of Quality is required.
Technical coursework related to blueprint reading, GD&T, application of AS9102 in a manufacturing environment, and personnel management strongly preferred.
10+ years of quality assurance experience required, preferably in a build-to-print manufacturing environment.
5+ years of Aerospace Quality Manager experience required.
Experience in aerospace manufacturing required.
Knowledge in elastomers a plus.
Intimate knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, D6-51991 standards, ASME 14.5:2018 standard and GD&T.
Knowledge of compliance.
Analytical and creative skills to find solutions to problems.
Proficient using PC and software applications.
Advanced mathematical skills.

Ability to develop, maintain and improve a First Article inspection process
