QA Lead

1. Leadership and Communication:
a. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving QA excellence.
b. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
2. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading QA teams in Agile settings.
3. Security Testing: Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
4. Experience in Regulated Industries: Familiarity with regulations in Insurance and Banking industry.
5. Good to have Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable
