Develop end to end solution constructs on QE&A RFP and proactive pursuits in areas around digital assurance, legacy modernization, Cloud assurance, Agile/DevOps implementation and next gen QE&A Operating models.
Build an integrated solution strategy working across different technology groups/horizontals including Enterprise Applications, ADM, Infrastructure services and Digital Engineering.
Design an Integrated Operating model across towers and jointly build engagement level Transformation themes.
Articulate solution in terms of business outcomes/outputs and come with a product mindset to developing solutions.
Required Skills
Be knowledgeable on the QA offerings, products, credentials and case studies.
Very good working knowledge of QA practices, functional and non-functional testing and critical metrics related to QA Services.
Knowledge of AI/ML solutions in QA.
Knowledge of QA competitors and their products/services.
Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment.
Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral) skills.
Required Experience
5-8 years of experience leading a team.
Experience with Agile/DevOps and Cloud assurance.
Experience in Android, Web or iOS testing.
Experience in QA consulting a plus.
Experience building a Quality Engineering team that is responsible for end-end validation for a application.
Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
Experience in managing black box testing.
Experience working with large engineering teams.
Experience handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
