Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop end to end solution constructs on QE&A RFP and proactive pursuits in areas around digital assurance, legacy modernization, Cloud assurance, Agile/DevOps implementation and next gen QE&A Operating models.
  • Build an integrated solution strategy working across different technology groups/horizontals including Enterprise Applications, ADM, Infrastructure services and Digital Engineering.
  • Design an Integrated Operating model across towers and jointly build engagement level Transformation themes.
  • Articulate solution in terms of business outcomes/outputs and come with a product mindset to developing solutions.

Required Skills

  • Be knowledgeable on the QA offerings, products, credentials and case studies.
  • Very good working knowledge of QA practices, functional and non-functional testing and critical metrics related to QA Services.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML solutions in QA.
  • Knowledge of QA competitors and their products/services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment.
  • Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral) skills.

Required Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience leading a team.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps and Cloud assurance.
  • Experience in Android, Web or iOS testing.
  • Experience in QA consulting a plus.
  • Experience building a Quality Engineering team that is responsible for end-end validation for a application.
  • Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
  • Experience in managing black box testing.
  • Experience working with large engineering teams.
  • Experience handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
