QA Lead

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing QA strategies, test campaigns, and release management, ensuring synchronization with the product and project roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve test automation, orchestration, and reporting.

This is a 6-month B2B contract with the possibility of an extension based on performance and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead QA strategy and oversee the execution of test campaigns
✔ Manage release synchronization with product and project roadmaps
✔ Utilize the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Plan) for test management and documentation
✔ Design, implement, and execute test scenarios using Zephyr (Test Plan & Scenario)
✔ Develop test scripts using JUnit & Java
✔ Maintain DevOps pipelines in GitLab for continuous integration and deployment
✔ Utilize Saucelab for test orchestration, reporting, and analytics
✔ Apply PLM knowledge (preferably Windchill) in QA processes

Preferred Skills & Experience:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation
✅ Strong expertise with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Plan)
✅ Hands-on experience with Zephyr, JUnit, Java, GitLab, and Saucelab
✅ Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), ideally Windchill
✅ Fluent in English and French (both languages required)
