Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead QA strategy, execution, and reporting across multiple projects.
  • Manage and mentor QA team members, driving best practices and collaboration.
  • Define and implement test plans for web, mobile, and backend systems.
  • Drive automation adoption using Selenium and maintain scalable frameworks.
  • Integrate QA workflows into CI/CD pipelines to ensure early defect detection.
  • Oversee functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing.
  • Manage defect tracking, dashboards, and reporting via Jira and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to align QA with business needs.
  • Provide regular quality metrics and release health updates to leadership.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 7+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/manager role.
  • Strong background in automation (Selenium, Postman, SQL).
  • Experience building and scaling QA teams.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tooling (Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cross-browser/mobile testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
